Stonecreek Development

Stonecreek Development is an Oregon based company owned by Brandon Sauer and Eric Wilson. Brandon and Eric are both from the Portland area and both graduated from Oregon State University. Brandon grew up in a construction family working with his father Rod Sauer of Sun Ridge Construction, who has built homes and developed land since 1975. Eric also started his construction career with Sun Ridge Construction after he married into the family.

The combination of over 30 years of family construction experience and a solid education has given Stonecreek the foundational qualifications to manage a successful homebuilding company. Sun Ridge and Stonecreek work closely together acquiring raw land and planning the creation of new communities. In each community Stonecreek builds model homes that portray the type of home to be built in that area. Stonecreek then provides a large list of options that may be selected to personalize your home.
