Success depends on having a good plan. My name is Julie Farrell and my business is helping you to reach your goals by putting together a plan that works for you.
My business is local but my choices are endless. I work with both national and local lenders to find just the right product for you and your needs. I recognize that everyone is different, and that you may not be able to get all of your questions answered during regular business hours. That is why I am available 7 days a week from 9 am until 9 pm. So when you are looking at a property on Saturday and want to know what your payment will be, I am available to answer all your lending questions.
I have access to the latest technology, but still handle your mortgage transaction with a personal touch. I have a unique blend of sales and knowledge that makes me a great loan officer. By starting in this business as a processor I know what underwriters are looking for with conditions. I know each process inside and out, and I work hard to keep up on guideline changes to avoid surprises.
Regardless of how strong my knowledge is, I know that my most important attribute is that I care. I don't just work with my clients, I develop relationships with them. These relationships are what keep me in business. About 90% of my business is repeat or referrals from past clients. In these turbulent times I continue to be a top producer. My staff and I are dedicated to finding the best products to meet our client's needs for the life of their loan.
I also have another passion, and that is education. I started a small book company several years ago with my family. Our goal is to answer children's questions during what can be a scary medical procedure. We have 6 published titles. All of which pertain to medical education such as getting a cast, getting an x-ray and so on. This small business is something that I continue to work on and grow, I also have chaired the North Clackamas Relay for Life since 2009. Relay for life is the American Cancer Society's premiere annual fundraising event. Being a part of my community and giving back are extremely important to me and my family.
